Summer Hairstyle – Nothing?!

The Belgravia Centre

On this season the heating is going bold and how people is facing that? Heating as well? Or are people justheating” their nerves to appear still with the perfect hair? And so, when it comes to you, are you rebelling against the prim and the proper?

After of asking some fabulous people, the opinion is general. Both woman and man want to be practical when it comes to hairstyle during the hot “beachy” summer. However, while most man just stand for the practical and “do nothing at all”, woman is “hoting” their nerves to have their comfortable-chic style.

Speaking from Switzerland, my adorable friend – Miss Fabulous – is not rebelling against the prim and the proper, actually, she is a chic genuine woman. With those expressive waves and proudly of that (Oh yes, you must see), she appears to be very comfortable in many situations. And so, the curly hair freely untied with fringe seems to appear very sexy during the night and on day time on the beach the twists and looped ponytails can be amazingly seen. On the same page is one of my Portuguese friends – Miss Proper – where the twists seems to twist her nerves. But she finds always her "strait and freely" way.

For Mister Genuine the secret of his charming hair is vanished on his other self - the character played - but his simplicity and kindness dress his hair perfectly as gentleman & chic, therefore, bringing his true self. And so, nerves?! Never! At least when it comes to hair.

Netherlands has also an active voice on my post, on this time the marvelous hairdresser Paul Jaspers. Claiming their national prize - Doutzen Kroes – Jaspers take her as an example of hair beauty. As well, his opinion for woman is clear: “short and light golden or grayish blond, or long and wavy with shades of blond”; while for man the military short in the back and longish in front uplifted seems to be in vogue.

When it comes to high fashion the opinion is the   similar. The trend is you look fresh and modern! If you are Portuguese and you are hairdressing freshness, you are matching perfectly with our blue sea & beaches along the marvelous Portuguese coast. The bright sun is well figured on the dye of the hair, varying from the caramel to almond. Also, the Sixties beehives are on the menu of Moschino and Marc Jacobs, whilst the clever twists, knots and looped ponytails are the “Teadrop” of Chanel, Marni and Chloe. For Chanel, the accessories, such as a beautiful oversized pearl, are inevitable.

Chanel
I must agree with Chanel, if woman do nothing, then put something! Even on summer, our hair deserves and must have the best treatment! I believe the hair is “the thing” in both man and woman.

But as Oscar Wild said “The pure and simple truth is rarely and never simple” So, Be Bold, Not Regular! Be You!

  1. Urban legends abound in the beauty world. These are specific hair care myths and stories that get passed from woman to woman, generation to generation. They run the gamut, but consist of fanatical ideas women believe to be true like "split ends are reversible" and "pluck one grey hair and two will come to its funeral. At My Hair Care Tools you can find more information.
